I am deeply saddened to hear of the assassination attempt on Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico. This heinous act of violence is a stark reminder of the fragility of our democratic institutions and the importance of unity and peace. My thoughts and prayers are with Prime Minister Fico and his family during this critical time. I also extend my heartfelt sympathies to the people of Slovakia. May we all strive to foster a world where such acts of hatred and violence have no place.
